Parcels
• A subset of the original parcels from Fedorenko et al. (2010) which include the 8 parcels in the frontal and temporal lobe
• A subset of the original parcels from Fedorenko et al. (2010) which include the 8 parcels in the frontal and temporal lobe flipped onto the RH
• The original parcels from Fedorenko et al. (2010), where 60-79% of individuals showed activity (cf. 80+% for the above)
• The updated parcels created from a probabilistic overlap map from 220 participants (currently in use in EvLab)
NB: These parcels are similar to the parcels reported originally in Fedorenko et al. (2010), except that the two anterior temporal parcels (LAntTemp, and LMidAntTemp) ended up being grouped together, and two posterior temporal parcels (LMidPostTemp and LPostTemp) ended up being grouped together.
• The updated parcels created from a probabilistic overlap map from 220 participants (currently in use in EvLab) flipped onto the RH
• The original anatomical parcels used in Fedorenko et al. (2013), created based on the aal atlas (Tzourio-Mazoyer et al., 2002).
NB: For the ACC region, we edited the mask manually to restrict the region to the dorsal part of the anterior cingulate (not reflected in the visualization below, but see Fig. 3 in Fedorenko et al. (2013).
• The functional parcels, created (by Idan Blank) based on a probabilistic overlap map from 197 participants.
